Facitlty Explorer FX-PCT Trunk Utility

September 30, 2011  |  Johnson Controls

For our Johnson Controls FX users, this just came in and is worth checking out.

Did you know that, with FX-PCT’s Trunk Utilities, you can download the same VAV Box control application file (*.caf) to several FX-PCV VAV Box Controllers at the same time?

And did you know that you can read and write key parameters (such as min & max flows, K-factor, box area, and other attributes) to several FX-PCV Programmable VAV Box Controllers at the same time?

How about setting up an unattended, batch download of several FX-PC Controllers?

To learn more about these time-saving features, check out the ABCS Exchange under Facility Explorer > Engineering & Installation > Tools. There you will find four VAV Box Controller Attribute Templates (in one zipped file) that we have created specifically for you and your technical staff.

And to learn how to use these templates and other features of the Trunk Utilities, check out the videos in the zipped file “How to Use FX-PCT Trunk Utilities”. Don ‘t forget to check back later as we continue to populate the ABCS Exchange with more videos that refresh and expand your understanding of the Facility Explorer FX-PC Programmable Controller family and the FX-PCT Tool.
